On February 11, 1823 in the County of Essex ( Northeast of London) by and between Thomas Barnes, Farmer Issac Warwicker, James Beadel.  This appears to be a mortgage deed from an Estate.
Signed with seals and stamps bearing the cost. Excellent condition for age.
