    Up for auction is a vintage License issued by the United States Revenue Service to one Henry Cook of East Haddam, Connecticut to practice as a physician .  License is dated 1864 and was good from May 1, 1864 to May 1, 1865.  Paper has bad middle of paper vertical foldline tears, so paper needs to be handled carefully to prevent further tearing.  paper also has edge damage and staining issues.....I do not end auctions early....
