---  I don't know what this is for sure.  Measures 4.25" x 6.5.  Including covers there are 12 pages, note the centerfold is blank as are the inside back cover and last page (a slip of paper is paper clipped to the top of the back cover/last page).  I show all of the pages in the photos.  Looks like there is a pencilled 1.00 upper right first page, likely an old price from a bookstore or antique shop.
