CONDITION:
Fair vintage condition with expected light toning, obvious wrinkles, some light soiling, a crease in lower corner, a 1" closed tear on bottom edge that enters the ad and a 1/2" tear in margin. There is a rough edge where separated from binding, which could be trimmed or matted out. From a smoke-free environment.
