    THIS IS A VERY RARE ONE OF A KIND SPECIAL ARTEST MOCKUP OF A VIP BROCHURE AND THE MAILER ENVELOPE MADE TO CELERBRATE THE GRAND OPENING OF THE GENERAL MOTORS TECH CENTER IN 1956 IT ALSO INCLUDES THE ORIGINAL BROCHURE SO YOU CAN MATCH PAGE BY PAGE OF ALL THE CHANGES MADE WHEN IT WAS PRINTED MINUS THE ORIGINAL ENVELOPE. MESSURES 10 INCHES X 15 INCHES. THIS SET CAME FROM AN ESTATE IN DETROIT THAT DID ART WORK FOR THESE VIP BROCHURES. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IT HAS SEEN DAY LIGHT SINCE 1956.
    YOU WILL SEE NOTES FROM THE ARTEST THROUGH OUT NOTING CHANGES. THE MOCKUP JUST SHOWES LINES WHERE TEXT WILL BE
