FAB! Antique Japanese Meiji Period MARU Obi Silk Sash.
It is Zentsu-gara style, reversible with  repeating patterns in gorgeous shades of muted salmon, bronze, silver and gold heavy brocade silk with a ivory background. This type of sash is used for formal wear kimono occasions, usually for a wedding, as there are pairs of cranes, which represent a long marriage.
Chrysanthemum flowers represents longevity and is the Imperial Seal of Japan.
FAB! Antique condition, some light wear and several small tiny marks on the both ends (see photos), otherwise is crispy clean, no issues.
It measures 12.5" wide by 12.5 feet long.
This can also be used as a long table runner or a beautiful wall hanging.
