Constructed of gilded, consisting of an oval laurel wreath tied with ribbons, topped by a German State Crown, with a submarine superimposed on the center of the badge, the reverse with a barrel hinge and horizontal pinback meeting a round wire catch, measuring 49.85 mm (w) x 48.95 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
