    This is a hand made horse figure from Lancaster Pa.  It is signed and dated (1982) by the artist. I don't
    know this for sure but I believe it to be Amish?  I looks much like the horses pulling
    Amish buggies and being from Lancaster PA but this is just a guess. A very cool piece!
