Italian Italy World War One 1 Bronze Medal Or Medallion

I really don’t know much about this medal. It came from the estate of an Italian man who passed several years ago. I have not found any information about it but as it shows it is from the time of World War One. His wife said it was one of his medals but really didn’t know any detail. It looks to be bronze. The front side with the soldier reads “VBI DVX ATOVE EGO” across the top. The lower part of the front “REGGIMENTO 225” and I can’t quite read the rest. The back reads “A RICORDO DEI COMBATTENTI” The bottom reads “CAPO SILE” and “NOVEMBRE MCMXVII MCMXVIII”. It measures about 7/8 inches across. I would say it is in really nice condition as shown.
