Made of Aluminum Alloy 6061, which has good mechanical properties and is suitable for forging, make MOS Rims have lighter weight compared to OEM Rims. The good adaptability of MOS Rims and their material create perfect harmony for riders to increase the bike’s performance. The design of MOS Rims is unique and gives value added to your bike.
MOS provides simplicity to the rims by designing Hubs installed and set already to the rims. All MOS rims have been certified by DOT (Department of Transportation) in the USA, to ensure safe ride operation. Safety comes first, all MOS Rims will pass a very strict QC Process and inspection. We proudly present that all of our products are designed by our product design team and made in Taiwan with a high standardized production process.
Custom Note:
For international shipments, the Customer will be responsible for all Customs, VAT, Duty, Clearance, Taxes, Fees, and any other kind of cost involved in the import. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees as these fees are determined by local authorities. You can check with the customs department in your country to determine what will be charged.
We do not provide refunds for tax and import fees.
Shipping Policy:
1. We provide worldwide shipping from Taiwan's Warehouse by trustworthy shipping companies. We only ship our products to the address stated on the order note/ page. Package handling will take 1-30 working days (depending on stock availability) after confirming payment. Please double-check stock availability with us, payment amount, and shipping information before checking out the order to make sure everything is correct. We will not accept requests for shipping to another address you did not state when making the order.
2. All our products are FREE SHIPPING to certain areas. If your country/ region is not on the list when you check out, please contact us for further details on how to make the purchase.
3. Custom Clearance Note:
a. The price stated excluding import duties, taxes, and any other charges asked by the respective authorities in your country. All the charges should be borne by the customers. Please contact us for further information!
b. We are not sure how each country’s custom clearance process is going. Please check with your country’s customs office in your country.
4. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before making the payment.
5. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays in Taiwan will be processed on the following working days. We will update the tracking number in the system.
6. For combined shipping of several orders, please contact us for further information. We offer special discounts for combined shipping.
7. All goods will be packed in good condition. Please be noted that the stocks keep moving on an hourly basis.  If your item is out of stock, we will contact you via eBay to inform you and discuss a further solution.
Return Policy:
1. We will approve refund requests only if the item has a defect before the customer uses the products or if the products don't fit properly. We only accept returns for MOS Brand Items. For NON-MOS Brand Items, we will check the stock properly before shipping and we do not provide any warranty!
2. Please check the products of your order when you receive the products and reject the package if the products have been damaged. Inform us immediately when you experience this situation.
3. We provide a refund if the products don't fit properly, please inform us within 3 days after you receive the products and describe the detailed problem and also send us the pictures for confirmation.
4. Please contact us as soon as possible if you find a problem with our products. Our customer service will assist you to solve the problem.
