    Saudi Arabia, Hejaz Scott L71a; Stanley Gibbons 80a; used. 1925 ½pi red with normal black and blue INVERTED OVERPRINTS, fresh, bright and VF.
    Listed but unpriced by Scott and Gibbons, a RARE stamp with a Filatco Certificate signed by John M. Wilson and Elias A. Kawar, Saudi stamp experts.
    1991 Filatco Certificate states: "Genuine survey of Egypt stamp with genuine black framed overprint and genuine blue inverted two-line overprint. Position 38 - Framed Overprint; position 13, two-line overprint. RARE!"  May be unique in used condition.
